When to Inspect the Intake Manifold
Cracks, deterioration or a poor seal at the manifold can admit unmetered air, contributing to erratic idle, hesitation, difficult starting or a lean running condition. Confirm the cause of the problem before replacing parts.
Fitment Notes
Compare your original intake manifold's flange shape, stud spacing, engine-side bolt spacing, intake opening and hose connection. We have not verified interchange with CSC TT250 or manifolds identified by Zongshen part numbers 15800-I853-C700, 15800-I853-C400 or 15800-I853-0100Q. Do not order for another motorcycle based on a similar appearance alone.
