In this video, I'm going to show you how to remove and reinstall the seat, side panels, and fuel tank of your CSC SG250 motorcycle. The SG250 is a great little bike that's perfect for commuting or weekend rides. It's fuel-efficient, easy to maintain, and has a lot of character.

Tools you will need:

• 12mm socket
• 10mm socket
• Socket wrench
• Grease

Safety guidelines:

• Always wear safety glasses and gloves when working on your motorcycle.
• Make sure the motorcycle is in Park or Neutral before you begin.
• Turn off the fuel petcock before you disconnect any fuel lines.
• Be careful not to damage any of the electrical or mechanical components when you are removing or reinstalling the seat, side panels, or tank.

Step-by-step guide

1. Remove the seat.

   • Locate the two 12mm bolts on either side of the seat.
   • Use a 12mm wrench to remove the bolts.
   • Carefully lift the seat up and off of the motorcycle.

2. Remove the side panels.

   • Locate the two plastic pegs on the top corners of each side panel.
   • Gently push the pegs out of the rubber grommets.
   • Carefully pull the side panels away from the motorcycle.

3. Remove the fuel tank.

   • Turn off the fuel petcock.
   • Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel tank.
   • Locate the two 10mm bolts that hold the fuel tank in place.
   • Use a 10mm wrench to remove the bolts.
   • Locate the electrical fuel gauge connector on the left side of the fuel tank.
   • Carefully lift up the fuel tank and remove it from the motorcycle.

4. Reinstall the fuel tank.

   • Make sure that the fuel petcock is turned to the "Off" position.
   • Reconnect the fuel line to the fuel tank.
   • Apply a small amount of grease to the rubber grommets on the fuel tank.
   • Slide the fuel tank back into place on the motorcycle.
   • Use a 10mm wrench to tighten the two 10mm bolts.

5. Connect the fuel gauge connector.

   • Connect the electrical fuel gauge connector to the fuel tank.

6. Reinstall the side panels.

   • A CSC Motorcycles Pro-Tip is to apply some grease the the plastic pegs or grommets before reinstalling the side panel.
   • Carefully slide the side panels back into place on the motorcycle.
   • Push the plastic pegs into the rubber grommets.

7. Reinstall the seat.

   • Carefully lower the seat down onto the motorcycle.
   • Use a 12mm wrench to tighten the two 12mm bolts.
