Learn how to replace your locking gas cap and ignition switch on the SG250.

If you lose both of the keys that come with your SG250 then you'll want to replace the gas cap and ignition. CSC Motorcycles does not keep the details for you to have new keys cut but we do sell key blanks that you can use to copy your keys while you still have them.

Please note that the 2018 SG250 did use a different style of ignition switch but only for that year. The key blanks will work for all years of SG250.

Tools Needed:

• 4mm Allen
• 5mm Allen
• 10mm Socket
• 12mm Socket
• Blue Loctite
• Flat Screwdriver
• Hammer
