Radke Services RS 34 ICT Complete Carburetor Rebuild Kit
The RS 34 ICT is a comprehensive rebuild kit for carburetors compatible with Weber 34 ICT and 34 ICH and EMPI EPC 34 and EPC 34X. Unlike a basic gasket-only kit, it includes the new float, needle-and-seat assembly, diaphragms, seals, springs and small service hardware needed for a more complete carburetor overhaul.
Why Rebuild the Carburetor?
Carburetor service may be needed when age, ethanol-blended fuel, storage or normal wear has hardened gaskets, weakened diaphragms or affected the float and needle-and-seat system. Depending on the cause, a rebuild can help correct fuel seepage, flooding, hard starting, inconsistent fuel level, hesitation and poor accelerator-pump response.
These symptoms are not unique to rebuildable carburetor parts. Cleaning blocked passages and verifying fuel pressure, jetting, ignition and vacuum integrity should be part of diagnosis.
