Confirmed Fitment
CSC SG250: 2019-up models equipped with the hydraulic rear disc brake. Earlier SG250 models with a rear drum brake do not use this caliper.
Brake Rotor and Pad Information
The original SG250 rear brake system uses a 240 mm x 4 mm rear rotor. CSC specifies EBC FA165R replacement rear brake pads for the 2019-up SG250. The FA165 pad pattern also cross-references to aftermarket pad families including Galfer FD117, Ferodo FDB631, SBS 638, TRW/Lucas MCB615 and Newfren FD0163. Verify pad compound and thickness before ordering alternate brands.
Related Chinese Motorcycle Applications
This caliper is physically very similar to rear calipers sold for several Hawk 250-family motorcycles, including units sold under Hawk replacement number HS250Y-A.100047.01. However, the Hawk carrier orientation and mounting dimensions have not been independently confirmed to match this SG250 carrier, so Hawk fitment is not guaranteed.
Some related Chinese motorcycles may use the same or a similar hydraulic caliper body with a different mounting carrier. If your original carrier differs, the caliper body may be usable with the original carrier only after verifying slider-pin spacing and diameter, pad position, rotor centering, carrier offset and hydraulic fitting compatibility. Compare the measurements above before ordering.
Fitment Note: Similar appearance, a shared brake-pad pattern, or another Zongshen 53104-series number does not by itself confirm bolt-on interchange. Brake alignment must be verified before installation.
