H.D. ALUMINUM FULL FLOW OIL PUMP KIT
Precision‑machined from high‑grade aluminum, this EMPI full‑flow pump kit delivers increased oil pressure, improved flow, and greater volume for early VW air‑cooled engines. Designed for flat camshaft applications through 1970, this pump uses high‑capacity 32mm gears for reliable lubrication under performance or off‑road conditions.
Each kit includes EMPI’s billet aluminum full‑flow pump cover with a 3/8" NPT threaded boss, 8mm Allen head cap screws, and required gaskets. The pump is full‑flow ready and does not include an exit passage port—no need to thread the pump body. Must be used with a full‑flow pump cover only.
