The IAP Performance AC903900CEC is a chrome alternator kit for classic Volkswagen models. It is a 12-volt, 60-amp alternator that replaces the stock generator and provides higher output and reliability. It has an internal voltage regulator and a direct bolt-on installation. It is compatible with VW Beetle (1967-1978), VW Bus (1967-1971), Karmann Ghia (1967-1974), and Super Beetle (1971-1979) with 1200-1600cc engines. It is a 100 percent new alternator, not rebuilt. It comes with a chrome fan shroud, chrome backing plate, chrome strap, and chrome pulley.
