This exhaust is made for the CSC TT250, it is not an exhaust for another bike that you need to modify to fit like other exhaust on the market.
This exhaust is made of stainless steel tubing, polished and is a slip fit to header to muffler. It has a super heavy duty Stainless Steel flange where it bolts direct to the TT250 cylinder head, you do not need to cut or modify the flange to make it fit, it bolts right on. The muffler is light weight stainless and aluminum, sand blasted matte titanium finish, the nose cone is fully adjustable so you can rotate it to let the exhaust exit out the muffler so it won’t burn the license plate or fender.
This exhaust was made for the CSC TT250, however we have sold many to the Hawk owners also and they seem to fit the bike just fine.

Regardless of the flange fitting correctly, the rest of the exhaust has not been modified at all in order to fit your TT250 or other Chinese motorcycles. The flange fits excellent, but once tightened the exhaust begins to rub against your airbox. My airbox was already removed, and the clearance without it still took a bit of bending and drilling to make the muffler fit without hitting the tire. The jet kit is excellent; albeit a little small on the mains. The A/F screw provided is of excellent quality and is a great inclusion.
Definitely worth it for the jet kit and flange fitment, but don't buy if you aren't willing to drill some holes or bend the tubing at all.
To start the exhaust itself seems to be of really nice quality and looks awesome. Car custom did a great job on the flange which solves a lot of the cg 250 owners problems when it comes to fitment. However I chose to purchase this exhaust vs the eBay exhaust most people buy for these bikes because Csc promotes it on their Insta Gram and I thought the figment issues would be resolved. All the same issues were there....mid pipe would barely reach to the mounting bracket(even if the rubber insert is removed), the pipe runs right along the air box which requires exhaust wrap to prevent melting(not a deal breaker considering I knew this from the display pictures and research, and the it was nearly impossible to get the can up to the mounting bracket due to the pipe rubbing against the frame. I could have felt with all the figment issues but I had to remove the exhaust due to the clutch lever on the right side engine case smashing back into the pipe and not allowing me to shift through gears. I know people have bent the lever to remedy this but I don’t want to bend the lever for a performance upgrade. Great looking product but needs to be fixed or pulled from being advertised as a direct fit. The only reason I am reviewing is because there is little to no information available about this exhaust.
Fits great still looking for proper richen setting for the carburator setting. Should specify if jetting is necessary or just adjusting fuel mix on the pin
